Pan Fried Tilapia and Grits

Fish and grits is one of my favorite dishes to cook that's perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Its filling and in my opinion is a comfort food that I sometimes cook for brunch on the weekends. Its doesn't matter if the tilapia is cooked with a crispy coating made from flour or is simply seasoned without it, its absolutely delicious! I would also recommend this recipe to beginners at cooking fish since tilapia is one of the easiest fish to cook and was one of the first kinds of fish I learned how to cook over the past few years. Tilapia has made it into my seafood dinner and brunch rotations along with cod, ahi tuna, and Atlantic salmon. If you like tilapia and pan fried fish or are new to cooking fish, this recipe is for you!

-2-4 tilapia fillets (thawed out if using frozen tilapia)

-1/2 tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt

-1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or 1/2 tsp. if you like heat (opt)
