Easy Thyme and Paprika Chicken

I cook chicken pretty often and am always trying out different ways to season it. On a day when I had a taste for making chicken with a somewhat herby flavor that would go well with boiled cabbage and yellow rice, I played around and came up with this delicious chicken recipe. It has a hint of spice along with the herby flavor of the thyme and the paprika brings it all together. The best part is that its so easy to throw together and cook and uses most spices that you probably already have in your pantry! if you're looking for different recipes for seasoning chicken, you'll love this one!

(I like to serve this chicken recipe with my favorite boiled cabbage recipe and some yellow rice)

Ingredients:

-2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts chopped into bite sized pieces

-2 tbs. olive oil

-1 tsp. dried thyme

-1 tsp. onion powder

-1 tsp. garlic powder

-1 tsp. paprika

-1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

-1/8 tsp. black pepper

-1/2 tsp. salt

Steps:

1. Mix all seasonings together in a bowl and season the chicken breasts or chicken breast pieces. In a medium or large pan, add the olive oil on medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side until the chicken is browned. Serve with vegetables and/or rice and enjoy!
