Who doesn't love chicken? Its delicious in all of forms but sometimes as a home cook I don't have the energy or always the time to make chicken dishes that require a long prep time or cook time. Enter this recipe which has become my go-to chicken recipe for when I'm making a meal with just chicken and a couple of vegetables on the side. This recipe is also one way to cook delicious chicken to put into your salads with chicken. The next time you're in the mood for quick and delicious chicken, try this recipe!
-2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
-1 tsp. McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
-1/4 tsp. Lawry's Garlic Salt with Parsley
-1 or 2 tbs. olive oil (1 tbs. for 2 chicken breasts and 2 tbs. for 4)
-black pepper to taste
Season the chicken and let the chicken marinate in the olive oil for 10 minutes. Heat the rest of the oil in a pan. Add the chicken and cook on med-low heat until browned for about 6 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
